Why you should create a “Tech Policy of One” (And how to do it)

I recommend this article to anyone who wants to clarify their tech use at work. A lack of personal guidelines often leads to feeling overwhelmed by too many notifications, communication channels, and poorly enforced boundaries with our colleagues. This is a problem because it erodes our focus and eats away the time we require for deep work. We finish the day thinking “Where did all this time go?”.

This guide shows you how to build a Tech Policy of One, step by step. This is not only a useful document for yourself, but also something you can share with co-workers or clients for more fluid collaboration.

Legal Lullabies

Just for fun, this site reads Instagram’s endless Terms of Services as a soothing lullaby. I wasn’t expecting GAFAM-powered sleepcasts to be a new genre of relaxation music, yet here it is.
